The fees listed are the application fees an applicant pays under the Town of Duxbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw, Chapter 9. These fees are separate fees from those fees required under the MA Wetlands Protection Act (WPA). When filing an application, in addition to the Town Bylaw fees an applicant must also calculate the fee payment required under the WPA as identified in the WPA Appendix B. NOTE: THE CONSERVATION COMMISSION ADOPTED THE REVISED FEE SCHEDULE LISTED BELOW ON 2/25/2004. One revision to the fee schedule is that the fee is calcuated for each activity performed (i.e. each addition).
