This 1947 Maxim pumper had seating for seven. This truck was delivered red. In 1964 it was repainted white and some work was done on the water tank. They removed the original 150 gallon water tank and added a 500 gallon water tank. With the larger tank they had to remove the bench seating in the back. It served the Duxbury Fire Department for 25 years. Original cost was $9,500.
