The Building Department is responsible for plan review, permitting and inspections for new construction and/or alterations to any structure within the Town.

Our administrative personnel can answer most of your procedural or non-technical questions thoughout the business day. The Building Commissioner and Inspectors will be happy to answer all other questions. If they are not available, please feel free to leave your name & telephone number.
