PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
DUXBURY PLANNING BOARD
AND
DUXBURY TREE WARDEN
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Chapter 40 Section 15C (Scenic Roads), Chapter 41 Sections 81-T and Section 81U and Chapter 87, Section 3 (Public Shade Trees) of the Massachusetts General Laws, that a consolidated public hearing will be held by the Duxbury Planning Board and Duxbury Tree Warden in the small conference room, Duxbury Town Hall (Lower Level) at 7:45 PM on Monday, August 8, 2005, at the request of the applicant, Steven Denyer, Trustee of 321Bay Road Trust. The applicant seeks approval of a proposed subdivision “Ingall’s Grove”, consisting of two residential lots of said existing land located at #321 Bay Road – Plot 066-000 of Map 160b (4.5 acres). The proposed plan depicts a subdivision with access via a
proposed roadway off Bay Road, lot layouts, utilities and associated drainage. Said work may also involve potential tree cutting along Bay Road, a Scenic Road. Removal of any trees deemed necessary by the Duxbury Tree Warden shall be so marked, with this tree hearing notice on-site.
A copy of the application, plan and other supporting documents is on file in the Planning Board Office and may be inspected Monday through Friday by appointment between the hours of 8am-3pm.
Any person interested or wishing to comment on the proposed plan should appear at the time and place noted above.
