PUBLIC MEETING
NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Duxbury Planning Board will be conducting an Administrative Site Plan Review pursuant to Section 615 of the Protective Bylaw of the Town of Duxbury for a proposal at 30 Railroad Avenue put forward by Snug Harbor Boatworks. The meeting for the Planning Board to review is scheduled for Monday, September 27, 2004 at 8:45 PM in the Small Conference Room, Lower Level of Town Hall. The proposal includes re-using the vacant Goodrich Lumber facility in its existing footprint, with site improvements, for the operation of a boat building and storage business. The general public is welcome to attend the meeting to participate in the
discussion relative to the proposal.
A copy of the application, plan and other supporting documents is on file in the Planning Board Office and may be inspected Monday through Friday by appointment between the hours of 8AM -3PM.
Any person interested or wishing to comment on the proposed plan should appear at the time and place noted above.
