PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
DUXBURY PLANNING BOARD
In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 41, Sections 81-T and 81-U, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 31, 2005 at 8:30 PM in the Small Conference Room, Lower Level of Town Hall, at the request of the Clarence E. Kent Estate, c/o David L. Arons, Esquire, 17 Accord Park Drive, Suite 100, Norwell, MA 02601 for approval of a Definitive Subdivision Plan dated December 11, 2004. This subdivision proposes the creation of two lots and a way off Forest Street on a parcel noted as Assessor's Parcel 100-053-001.
A copy of the plan and application is on file in the Planning Board Office and may be inspected Monday through Friday by appointment, between the hours of 8am and 3pm.
Any person interested or wishing to comment on the proposed plan should appear at the time and place noted above.
