The following individuals have been issued checks by the Town of Duxbury that have not been cashed and which may be deemed abandoned under M.G.L. Ch. 200A, Section 5. Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch.200A Section 9A, the Treasurer intends to retain these unclaimed checks to be credited to the general treasury.
