One-Day Liquor License Application, Event Permit Application and Special Permit for Town Green,

One-Day Liquor License Application:
A one-day liquor license application must be submitted, at least 45-days prior to the Selectboard office, for any event where liquor is to be served at an establishment that does not have a liquor license and when the event is either open to the public, advertised, and/or a fee charged. 

Event Permit Application:  A one-day event permit must be submitted 45 days prior to the Selectboard office, for any event that is open to the public, advertised, and/or a fee is charged.

Rules & Regulations Governing the Use of the Town Green:
Any person or group seeking to utilize the Town Green for any purpose, other than semiactive passive recreation, shall apply to the Duxbury Selectboard for a permit for such use.   An Event Permit Application is also required, which requires 45 days' advanced notice.  

Application for the Use of the Town Green for Use During a Special Event:
Such application for a permit should be filed with the Selectboard more than twenty-one (21) days prior to the proposed event and shall include a written description of the event, length of time of the event, and how the applicant plans to manage the special event traffic, parking and noise.
