Application Fee Schedule - Revised 07/12/2022 and Approved 08/09/2022
The fees listed are the application fees an applicant pays under the Town of Duxbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw, Chapter 9. These fees are separate fees from those fees required under the MA Wetlands Protection Act (WPA). When filing an application, in addition to the Town Bylaw fees an applicant must also calculate the fee payment required under the WPA as identified in the WPA Appendix B. Please note the Conservation Department does not need copies of checks included in the submittals.
