Submittal Requirements updated January 2021

An application is not considered complete until both mailed and emailed materials, as well as appropriate checks, are received by the Conservation Department at Town Hall.

Application forms, plans, and fees must be received 21 days prior to next meeting date. Once we receive the complete application, we will notify you, by email, of your hearing date and time, and we will send you the Abutter Notification Form that must be used to notify abutters by certified mail. Applicant must use the Abutter Notification Form provided by the Commission.

At the discretion of the Conservation Administrator, minor modifications and supplemental materials relating to a project scheduled for an upcoming meeting may be considered if submitted to the Conservation Department (by both email and hard copy) at least two weeks prior to the meeting date.

For NOIs, RDAs, ANRADs, Certificates of Compliance

Submit by mail or in-person to the address below:

  • Original signed application form*
  • 2 full-sized copies of any plans, project narrative, and other supporting documents
  • Check made payable to the Duxbury Clipper for $50
  • Check made payable to the Town of Duxbury for filing fees for the State Act and Town Bylaw
