Request IT Support

The Information Technology Department responds to the Town of Duxbury employees for end user service requests via our ticketing platform IncidentIQ.  You can use the ticketing system to report IT issues, request services and learn how to resolve IT issues on your own. When you submit a request for assistance via IncidentIQ, a ticket is generated in our ticketing system.  A technician will be assigned the ticket and will respond to your request.

The Information Technology Department service desk is a resource for Town of Duxbury staff and authorized business partners only.

Your Active Directory password is the same password you use to login to your PC and Microsoft Office.
