Parties & Rentals

The Percy Walker Pool is available to rent for birthday parties and special events.  The Party Fee is $250 which includes 1 hour of swimming, 1 hour in the party room and two lifeguards. You can also book the Pool ONLY for $180 an hour (40 swimmers max).  All non-swimmers must be accompanied by an adult in the water.  The Party room includes 4 tables (2.5ft x 8ft) and 24 chairs. 

You can make reservations at least 14 days in advance but
not more than 60 days in advance. Reservations can only be made online.  

Registration opens at midnight as Monday ends and Tuesday begins (12:00 a.m. Tuesday).

FAQ
What pool toys or floaties are we allowed to bring (or do you have at the pool already)?
Nothing that is too big, we don't want the guards to be unable to see around it
Pool noodles are good and smaller floats.  We have noodles and kick boards

What area of the pool (if not the whole thing) is used for the party?
You have the whole pool.  There will be 3 Lap Lanes setup, and then the diving board side open, but you have the whole pool to yourself for the 1st hour of the party.

Will there be other activities/lessons happening in the pool at the same time we should be aware of?
No, there may be lap swim once your pool portion is over and you are in the party room.

What can we bring for food/candles/decorations for the party room?  Are there any things off limits?
No limits, but we do not have a freezer/refrigerator.  We ask that you use painters tape to hang anything up, so the paint doesn't come off the walls.

Is there somewhere to put trash when we clean-up or do we need to bring our own bags?
There will be a large trashcan and trash bags available in the room.
