The Mayflower Cafe Express Window is open!
The Home Delivered Meals Program provides freshly prepared, nutritious meals to Duxbury residents who are currently homebound or having difficulty preparing meals. Meals are delivered during the week with the option to receive frozen meals for weekends and holidays. Home Delivered Meals are reasonably priced. A reduced fee is offered to those who qualify. Our Home Delivered Meals staff and volunteers deliver meals and hydrangea arrangements after the Duxbury Hydrangea Festival. The Home Delivered Meals staff try to make the meals special and festive!
