Absentee Voting for the All Elections in 2020 - Based on the current state of emergency in Massachusetts and legislation enacted on March 23, 2020 (Chapter 45 of the Acts of 2020), the following was added to the reasons for absentee voting: "for an election held on or before June 30, 2020 any person taking precaution related to COVID-19 in response to a declared state of emergency or from guidance from a medical professional, local or state health official, or any civil authority shall be deemed to be unable by reason of physical disability to cast their vote in person at a polling location".

November 3, 2020 - Presidential Election
The last day to register to vote to participate in the Presidential Election is Saturday, October 24, 2020.
Polls open for voting at 7am and remain open until 8pm at the Lt. Timothy Steele Athletic Building, 130 Saint George St., Duxbury, MA

Presidential Election, November 3rd - The deadline to submit a Vote by Mail application or Absentee Ballot application for a mailed ballot for the November 3rd Presidential Election is 5pm on Wednesday, October 28th.
Early ballots for the Presidential Election must be postmarked by November 3rd and received by the Town Clerk's office no later than 5:00PM on November 6th in order to be counted in the final results.
Duxbury Voting Location:
All voting in Duxbury takes place at the Lt. Timothy J. Steele Athletic Building, located at 130 Saint George Street, Duxbury, MA 02332.
