1/24/18 - Duxbury Firefighters train on ice rescue techniques.
1/9/18 - 1 person was injured in this rollover on Route 3.
1/7/18 - Engine 3 responded to a working fire in Pembroke.
1/7/18 - This rollover at West Street and Barnswallon Lane resulted in no injuries.
1/4/18 - 36 calls for service in 24 hours kept firefighters busy during the winter storm "Grayson". Here, a firefighter wades through flood water to rescue a resident.
12/18/17 - Shift 2 trained today on vehicle extrication.
12/15/17 - A reported building fire resulted in a fire in an eletric heater. Firefighters assisted the homeowner.
12/12/17 - All three ambulances were in use today as firefighters responded to an MVA along with other simultaneous calls.
12/8/17 - Congratulations to FF/Paramedic Justin Stratton who graduated from the Massachusetts Fire Academy.
12/5/17 - Duxbury's 3rd advanced life support ambulance is now in service, allowing us to respond to more simultaneous calls.
11/14/17 - Firefighters responded to this chimney fire on Evergreen Street. A quick knockdown resulted in no extension.
11/1/17 - At 1:27 AM the morning after Halloween, Duxbury Firefighters extinguished this fully involved building fire on Winslow Street. (more)
10/22/17 - 11 calls in 24 hours included a kitchen fire, brush fire, and this dog rescue on the marsh. (more)
10/8/17 - A grease fire at 32 Tremont Street resulted in a sprinkler activation and heavy water damage after water was thrown on the fire.
10/4/17 - A prescribed burn in the Myles Standish State Forest offered great training oppurtunities to Duxbury Firefighters.
10/3/17 - Duxbury Firefighters are teaching fire safety to students throughout the month of October.
10/1/17 - The 2017 Open House was a huge success! Thanks to all the visitors and gracious donors!
9/24/17 - 1 patient was trapped in this MVA on Route 3. Firefighters used the Jaws of Life to extricate the patient.
9/15/17 - Members from Duxbury Fire participated in Operation Score, a multi-agency, multi-day training operation at Joint Base Cape Cod.
9/11/17 - A memorial was held at Duxbury Fire Headquarters in rememberance of those lost on 9/11.
9/11/17 (cont) - Duxbury Firefighters deliver relief supplies to Texas in the wake of Hurricane Harvey.
9/1/17 - Special delivery! Duxbury paramedics delivered a healthy baby boy on Route 3 just after 8 am.
8/30/17 - A fan caused a fire in Alden School overnight, causing significant smoke and heat damage.
8/26/17 - A patient was ejected from this rollover on Route 3 southbound near the North St. overpass.
8/23/17 - 2+ acres of brush and a small building burned near Round Pond. Firefighters from Duxbury and neighboring communities were on scene for multiple hours. (more)

7/24/17 - Congratulations to Justin Stratton on his swearing in as a full time Firefighter/Paramedic.
7/19/17 - Several Duxbury Firefighters responded to Cohasset to assist in the removal of a man from a cesspool.
7/16/17 - This rollover on Oak St. resulted in no injuries.
6/29/17 - Duxbury Firefighters were called for an imminent birth in the early morning and assisted the new parents after the delivery.
6/26/17 - An overturned kayak was found near Bug Light early in the morning, Duxbury Fire assisted the Duxbury Harbormaster and the U.S. Coast Guard in a water search.
6/26/17 (con't) - The same day (6/26/17) units handled a rollover on East Street. 1 patient was treated.
6/12/17 - This RV fire on Route 3 was the end to a busy weekend including a dryer fire, water rescue and numerous other calls.
5/26/17 - Duxbury Fire, Police, and Harbormaster worked together to rescue a kayaker in distress off of Massasoit Road.
5/20/17 - This rollover with 2 patients trapped on Route 3 NB finished off a busy week for Duxbury Firefighters. During the week Duxbury Ladder 1 responded to Marshfield for a Working Fire on 5/18/17 and Engine 2 covered their station on 5/19/17 for a boat fire.
4/2/17 - An extremely busy weekend in Duxbury included 2 reported fires, a possible found explosive device, and many others calls.
3/20/17 - Engine 2 arrived to this building fire on Temple Street with fire showing.
2/22/17 - Companies responded to the pond behind Alden School and rescued a dog that fell through the ice.
2/9/17 - Companies were busy around town with wires and trees down, MVAs, and medical calls happening throughout the blizzard.
1/30/17 - This rollover on Route 3 resulted in no injuries, but closed part of the highway.
1/3/17 - The ROCCC officially began dispatching for the town of Halifax.
