Please anticipate brown water throughout the day due to the after effects of two water main breaks last night (12/21) in the Powder Point Ave/Cove Street areas. Residents experiencing discoloration can flush water through a cold spigot. Periods of discoloration may be extended. However, the water is safe for use.
