Abutter Notification

If an application requires Abutter Notification, the Town of Duxbury Assessors Office will provide you with a list of abutters. All abutters must be notified about the date and time of the public hearing via certified mail or hand-delivery. Proof of mailing must be submitted to the Conservation office prior to the scheduled hearing. Accepted forms of proof include returned USPS Certified Mail receipts ("green cards") or a USPS Certificate of Mailing (PS Form 3877 obtained from the Post Office).
