Community Services
The Community Services Program works to empower seniors and family caregivers to make informed life choice decisions by providing information, support, and guidance related to senior services and community resources.
Community Services staff are available to meet with seniors who are Duxbury residents and/or their family members. Meetings may take place at their home, The Center or another community setting.

Caregiver Information
The Center provides family caregivers of seniors (age 60 plus) with pertinent information on senior services and community resources. We also assist caregivers in developing caregiver strategies and plans focused on quality care for the senior and self-care for the caregiver. Support Groups
The Center offers “topic-specific” support groups. These groups bring together people facing similar issues and encourage the sharing of experiences. Our groups are typically facilitated by The Center staff or community service professionals, although some may be “peer led”.
