We have added virtual and in-person fitness classes to our schedule including yoga, fitness, and balance classes.
Fitness classes are led by instructors who adapt class routines to a variety of fitness levels.
We have a beautiful walking path that winds around the Center's property. The path is just under .25 mile and is open to anyone to use at any time. It is paved, mostly shaded, and easy to access. The walking path was created with a grant from AARP, and it is a lovely way to get some outdoor exercise.
