Happiness Connects

A community project to share happiness, love, humor, contentment, and kindness

During this unprecedented time of necessary social isolation, contemporary society has had to adapt the ways in which we interact, connect, and engage with the people in our community in order to fit the public health needs mandated by the current coronavirus outbreak.

The Duxbury Free Library and the Duxbury Senior Center have banded together once again to bring our community an opportunity to share joy.

Instead of a traditional community-wide read, we have put together a wider selection of materials - books for adults and children, film, series, music, and podcasts - that celebrate, promote, or embody the positive emotions that the world needs.

We are encouraging all Duxbury community members to read, watch, and listen to these titles, and others. Let's share with each other on social media, and start a conversation!
