Homebound Service

The Duxbury Free Library now offers delivery to patrons who are unable to leave their homes due to illness, disabilities, physical capabilities, or injury. Books and other library materials will be dropped off and picked up from residencies in town by a librarian. With this program, you can have full access to Duxbury Free Library materials!

A librarian will choose books (or other media) for you based on your indicated preferred genre; this information will be collected during a brief phone interview at the start of enrollment. If you would prefer to request specific books yourself, you can order the titles through our online catalog.
