Stress Relief
When you need to decompress
This has been a very stressful time in our lives. Hopefully, some of these tips can help you out.
- Take some time to unplug.
- Journal
- Exercise
- Get outside (if possible and safe)
- Take time for yourself
- Don't forget your hobbies or start a new one.
- Chat with friends and family
Always remember you are not alone and plenty of other people are feeling the same things you are. Don't be afraid to talk it out.
