LIBRARY NOTICE - September is National Library Card Month

September is National Library Card Month

Hello neighbors and friends,

Did you know that your library card has unlimited value?

We know life is really expensive right now. If you are streaming music from Spotify, movies from Netflix, TV from Hulu, and audiobooks from Audible, we have an alternative.

A Duxbury Free Library card provides you with free access to books, audiobooks, magazines, music, movies, tv shows, comics, graphic novels, national daily news, games, and recipes all online, just like your favorite streaming services.

If you’re looking for alternatives to streaming, we have thousands of movies, music, audiobooks and more on physical media.

September is National Library Card Month. If you’re new to Town or haven’t visited us in a while, this is a great time to come to the library and sign up for a free library card. See how using the library can add value to your life.

The library is located at 77 Alden Street. Our hours are: Monday-Thursday 10:00-8:00 and Friday-Saturday 10:00-5:00. Sunday hours begin at the end of October. Access to our digital collections is available 24/7 at  www.duxburyfreelibrary.org.
