A model of consolidated town wide facility services

Mission Statement:

The mission of the Facilities Department is to support the Town of Duxbury by enhancing the quality of its facilities. Our consolidated town-wide department model consists of an operating engineer, an energy/project manager, a licensed construction supervisor and HVAC technician, as well as 25 custodians and 2 grounds keeper/painters who strive to bring the utmost in operational efficiency while delivering superior building maintenance services, in a responsive, service-oriented, effective, and environmentally-conscious manner.  We take pride in being responsive to the corrective, preventative, and emergency needs of Duxbury's 63 structures and their occupants 24/7/365.
