Beach Update – 09/09/2022



Hello Beach Patron, 

Below please find important information concerning the beach: 



Oversand Hours
As of Friday, September 9, 2022 beach hours will be as follows:

Crossover #1 & #2 will be open to approximately 500 vehicles, 250 resident/250 non-resident.  

Crossover hours on Friday and Saturday will be from 8am-10pm.  Sunday thru Thursday hours will be 8am-8pm. (NOTE: Hours and number of vehicles allowed on crossovers are subject to change due to tides and extreme weather. For the latest updates follow our Twitter account: @BeachDuxbury.) 

 

We would like to thank the Duxbury Police Department, the Duxbury Fire Department, the Duxbury Beach Rangers as well as other organizations and volunteers for making the Labor Day Beach Party a huge success. 

 


As always, we appreciate your continued cooperation in adhering to all signage, fencing, cones and directives from Beach Rangers and Bird Monitors.
