About Us:

The Building Department is responsible for plan review, permitting and inspections for new construction and/or alterations to any structure within the Town.  Our webpage contains information, applications and other forms you will need for your project.

Come up and see us on the 2nd floor of Town Hall or give us a call (781) 934-1100 ext. 6002 if you have any questions or concerns.  Our administrative personnel can answer most of your procedural or non-technical questions throughout the business day.  The Building Commissioner and Inspectors will be happy to answer all other questions.  If they are not available, please feel free to leave your name & telephone number.   An Inspector will return your call as soon as possible!
