Duxbury Beach Dog Walking Permits

Dog Walking Permits are required on Conservation Land & Duxbury Beach. 

Dogs must be licensed before a Walking Permit will be issued. Dogs must remain on leash (up to $100 fine).  Non-residents must license in their city/town and show proof of current license to obtain a Walking Permit. 

Permit fees are $10.00 per dog for residents and $25.00 per dog for non-residents.  Permits are free of charge to resident pet owners 70 years of age or older.
