Online Registration Troubleshooting

Problems with signing up online?  It might be one of the following:

Issue:  Not receiving emails/notifications from Rec Dept.
Solution:  Has your email address changed recently?  Do each of your family member's have the correct email address associated with their account?  If your email address has changed you will need to correct this on your account, AS WELL AS EVERY FAMILY MEMBER WHO ARE LISTED UNDER YOUR ACCOUNT. (i.e. spouse, children).  Changing the email on your account only does not automatically change it on your family member's account.  

Issue:  Cannot register child due to age/grade
Solution:  If you cannot sign up your child for a program due to the age parameters please call the Rec office at 781-934-7034 and we can adjust your child's account to reflect the correct grade that they are in. 

Issue:  Cannot register due to address
Solution:  Please make sure you indicate your mailing address as well as residential address on your Activenet account.  (Activenet will not accept a PO Box as a residential address).  If you still have problems please call the Rec office at 781-934-7034 and we will adjust your account to reflect your residency.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:  IF YOU HAVE ISSUES SIGNING UP YOUR CHILD FOR A PROGRAM PLEASE DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT AND CHANGE THEIR BIRTHDATE!  This creates more problems if we have to look up your child's account and they are listed 3,4 or even 5 times. Please call us at 781-934-7034 so that we can make any changes to their account. Thank You!
