FEMA Flood Maps & Emergency Preparedness
The Flood Zone information on the Town's GIS platform may not be accurate. For the most up-to-date FEMA Flood Maps, please follow the instructions below:
To find the flood zone for your property:
- Navigate to FEMA Flood Map Service Center at the following link: https://msc.fema.gov/portal/search.
- Type in your address in the box titled "Enter an address, place, or coordinates:" and click Search.
- If you would like to see background information about changes made to the maps, under "Changes to this FIRM" click on "Revisions", "Amendments", or "Revalidations". The changes under these categories are listed by date. Click the "DL" button next to the change you are interested in to download the document.
- Click the "DYNAMIC MAP" button. This will create a National Flood Hazard Layer FIRMette Map for the address entered, which you are able to download or print. Your address is symbolized with a red pin.
