Zoning Maps

An amended Zoning Map was adopted at Annual Town Meeting 2023, and MBTA Communities Overlay District maps were adopted at June 2025 Special Town Meeting. The maps can be viewed/downloaded in the Attachment section below.

Flood Hazard information is updated often - the Flood Hazard Areas Overlay District map may be out-of-date. Please visit FEMA's Flood Map Service Center for current Flood Hazard/Flood Insurance Rate map information.
